Thanks for all the phone calls and emails asking when BackupAssist v6 will be released. We are sorry that we cannot be more specific about the release date, we are currently still running Beta Testing and we don’t want our customers to be disappointed if the release is delayed.
We will send out an email to everyone once the release date is confirmed – so watch your inbox.
In reply to questions about pricing, BackupAssist v6 will be the SAME price as BackupAssist v5. Also, there will be NO increase in pricing for Upgrade Protection subscriptions or add-on products. Please ensure your Upgrade Protection/BackupCare subscription is up-to-date so you are eligible for a free new version.
We’ll also be giving a special upgrade offer to customers still using older versions. This will commence in about a month after we release BackupAssist v6 and run for 3 months. So if you’re using a version older than v5, hang tight to get the best deal!
More info about v6 features will be available in the BackupAssist June eNews.
